Terms and Conditions:
1. Any person over the age of 18 years in the venue can take part in the promotion. Current staff and contracted staff of Bankstown Sports and its associated venues are not permitted to enter the promotion.
2. Tickets to be sold in numerical order. Patrons must be present at time of purchase. Tickets and ticket numbers cannot be pre ordered or reserved by raffle attendees.
3. No tickets will be sold once the raffle has commenced.
4. The prize pool will consist of 16 Meat Trays
5. Prize winner to select prizes at time of their number being drawn.
6. Each prize will be drawn by an OLGR approved random number generator and will be announced by the promotional MC by way of microphone. Number will also prominently display on random generator display machine.
7. One winning number is entitled to one prize.
8. Each winner must claim their prize within 4 minutes of the draw after 4 minutes a re-draw will take place.
9. Winners who wish to remain in the club after the meat raffle, can have their meat trays refrigerated in the Meat Raffle fridge until 9.30pm that night. If meat trays are uncollected by 9.30pm, they will be disposed. Storing of claimed meat raffle prizes in the fridge after the completion of the meat raffle is at the own discretion and risk of the winner. The club holds no liability over misdirected or lost prizes, and replacement prizes will not be offered.
10. Any disputes will be resolved using the discretion of the venue manager or Supervisor rostered on the night.
11. Prizes are handed out based on patron’s preference and selection.
