Course Closed

Published on 30th March 2020 in Uncategorized

Gday Members,

What a sad day.
As of midnight, 30/03/2020 we were advised that our course was closed as a result of Stage 3 guidelines due to the Coronavirus.
Let me say that the management (including Lee Hunt) and Board shared many phone calls and texts last night. It was a decision we were reluctant to follow until about 7.45pm when it was stated that fines for non-closure would be handed down.
Whilst we will wait and see what happens over the next few days/weeks, please know that we are not sitting on our hands. We have initiated some measures to ensure we are ahead of the game, with the goal of having our course open as soon as possible.
The other key factor is ensuring that our staff are kept in employment. The government has introduced some great incentives and we will be taking advantages of those. We need to be ready a day before we are let back on not the day after
Be safe. And see you soon
Kind regards,

David Renehan

General Manager
